[edit] Bring People Together - Try New Things

This is the mission of WikiBridge. How does this work? You take 2 topics that are "peers", that is they are directly comparable or compete in the same space, and Bridge them with descriptions of how they are different, how they are the same, and most especially how someone in "Point A" topic might most easily get to "Point B". Some examples of these topic types of this are:

[edit] How can you help?

The first and best thing you can do is to add and edit articles! We are still defining the "How to get Started" and format and standards, and article quality will suffer until we get these firmly established. WikiBridge content is similar to Wikipedia content, but there are some fundamental differences that our quality and style articles need to reflect:

  1. Wikipedia articles are about specific defined fact whereas WikiBridge articles are mostly observations and generalizations.
  2. Most WikiBridge articles have lots of lists to translate needs for topic A to their equivalents in topic B. This type of minutiae is deprecated in Wikipedia.
  3. WikiBridge needs standards about brevity and concise-ness of articles. "Novel length" WikiBridge articles need a good dose of (over) generalization and censure. Remember, the point is to get them from point A to point B as quickly as possible.
